Non-Diploma Training

Training that motivates and enables

Our approach - Our non-Diploma training seminars were developed by BDS Sales and Marketing Director Steve Dobson in his company, J316 Ltd., which was incorporated into BDS in 2009. Whatever the subject, our approach is consistent to ensure you get the most from your investment. By working with delegates in their area of operation, we gain an understanding of the specific needs of both the individuals and the company. Training is then designed to meet those needs and provide ongoing measures to ensure continuity of performance.

Short courses – One or two day courses are very successful, helping to fine-tune, re-energise and focus delegates. These courses can be individually tailored to meet specific needs - from first-time sales people or managers to senior managers and executives.

Longer courses – a series of short modules can produce substantial improvements for your company through inter-module assignments. This also builds teams and develops improved communication within the business through increased understanding.

Adaptive content - We are experienced at adapting content directly for individual companies and business sectors. When working with companies, we adapt or write case studies to incorporate their management reporting styles and illustrate the use of available information. Company guest speakers can be scheduled into the programme at appropriate points.
