Paul Morris FIMI
Paul trained as a Chartered Accountant before joining professional motor sport, later moving into mainstream as Financial Controller and Assistant General Manager at a Leyland plant. Paul later moved into marketing and gained significant international experience including director of one of Germany’s major marketing agencies and MD of a subsidiary of a major US corporation. Paul shares his time between consulting and training.

Tony started his career in public practice. After moving into industry, he finished his career as Director of PACCAR (major US truck manufacturer), where he bought and sold companies and sat on several Boards. Since retiring, Tony has been engaged with consultancy and training.

Richard is an Educationalist who has developed management training courses for both Business Development Services and other training providers. His experience in managing, developing and delivering adult education and training enables him to ensure that good structure and training practice is maintained throughout our courses.

Kevan has a track record of delivering year on year business improvements in the automotive industry through change management and TQM procedures. A consultant and trainer delivering Strategy and Economics seminars, Kevan lectures at Manchester Metropolitan University on competitive intelligence. His primary role in business is the research and presentation of competitive intelligence to organisations.

Mike has an extensive record of success in senior management sales, marketing and general management roles both domestically in the UK and internationally. Now a consultant, Mike specialises in business development consultancy, identifying, designing and implementing appropriate sales, CRM and BD strategies and systems for client organisations.

Nick Blake FCIPD
Nick is a Cambridge graduate who has worked for a multinational industrial group over 19 years in successive middle and senior Human Resources jobs across various sectors. As part of his development, Nick managed a business centre for start-up entrepreneurs. Thereafter, he was assigned to the Management Charter Initiative, a Government programme to improve the standard of UK management. Latterly he was HR Director for a major division of Courtaulds plc.
Craig Wood
Craig’s background is in computer and sound engineering, working previously for Fujitsu on Ministry of Defence and Revenue & Customs contracts. Craig manages our IT systems and develops our audio-visual resources. He has developed our e-learning services.
Bob Parker, MA
Bob ensures that programmes meet both quality assured standards and student expectations at the University of Worcester. With experience at Company Director level, Bob has helped a wide range of clients, including NHS Trusts, High Street retailers, Housing Associations and training and consultancy companies to develop and deliver management training programmes of a high academic standard. Bob is also a visiting lecturer at Birmingham City University.
