Malcolm’s successful background of troubleshooting and turning loss-making automotive franchises into profitable businesses enabled him to develop a management training programme which is the basis of the current BDS Diploma in Applied Business. Today, BDS is focused on all business sectors resulting in the adoption of the BDS Diploma programme by the Birmingham Chamber of Commerce and Industry as their Management Masterclass course. Its modular structure provides ready-made solutions for individual training courses covering Finance, Marketing and Leadership.

We are experienced in adapting content directly to individual companies or business sectors. Working with companies in-house, we adapt case studies to incorporate management reporting systems, illustrating the use of available systems and information. Company guest speakers can supplement trainers.
