BDS was founded in the mid 1980s by Malcolm Wood as a training company focused on the automotive industry. Malcolm’s successful background of troubleshooting and turning loss-making automotive franchises into profitable businesses enabled him to develop a management training programme which is the basis of the current BDS Diploma in Applied Business.
We are experienced in adapting content directly to individual companies or business sectors. Working with companies in-house, we adapt case studies to incorporate management reporting systems, illustrating the use of available systems and information. Company guest speakers can supplement trainers.
